  Very poor management, heat and AC systems are terrible with a drastic difference in upstairs and downstairs temperatures. Very thin walls barely blocking any noise. Parking is always an issue other than the reserved spot. Location is great with access to all major highways including turnpike, Parkway route 9, route 1 and 287.

  Walls separating bedrooms are doing a horrible job blocking sound from neighbors. Low frequency noises like talking, phone conversation go through the wall easily. This is actually killing me with a recent noisy neighbor what had just moved in few months ago. They turn TV in their bed room and have loud conversations even after midnight.
