  Terrible!! Leasing agents are not friendly, i told her the finishes and paint job were terrible, she didnt even bother asking what did i mean! We went for a viewing for a 2 bedroom and it was the worst apartment I have ever seen for a walk through. Once the tenant moves out, you're supposed to paint and patch up holes. We entered and the entry smelled like pure food, strong curry to be exact. I almost gagged! I couldnt imagine walking into that everyday. The closets look as though they were falling apart, bad paint jobs, ugly dirty bathrooms, outdated kitchens. I knew once the new paint wore off, we would have a roach fest. They really need to work on their presentation. People who rent their old units dont know better! I saw their new units last year, so we came back expecting something nice. My advice to anyone lazy enough to rent here is to do a thorough walk through prior to putting your name on that lease. Legally your house should be in perfect condition! You shouldnt see traces of the previous tenant.

  People let me tell you something, if 2 or more people that don't know one another are saying the same thing it must be some validity that warrant investigation at the very least. My mother lived here back in the early 80's and the only similar things I see is the outdated bathrooms, kitchen, and heating baseboArds. They could have at least updated those item since they want to charge the insulting prices for units that look almost as they did 38 years ago to my knowledge.....Now that I've read multiple bad reviews, I will surely stay faaaaaaaaaaar away from this headache zone. I surely trust reviews and when I see the bad one super exceed the good ones, that say there is a valid problem that the owners and management are ignoring!

  very bad maintenance.I called them because there were some holes in my apartment and mices were coming through that holes.so I need super to come and fill the holes but they did not want to listen me as I need super to fill the holes in apartment and hang on my phone.they said its not maintenance issue.I am not able to go to kitchen because mices are running there and I am pregnant but they said its not super's duty .so how I can live in apartment with many holes in there.I will give zero review to maintenance
